Flipkart Seller Hub Label PDF Has the Invoice Attached — Here's How to Separate It

Flipkart's Seller Hub gives you one option when you download shipping labels: a combined PDF with the label at the top of the page and the tax invoice directly underneath it. That's exactly what a warehouse packer needs for their records, but if you're printing on a thermal roll, printing the invoice text onto (or right after) your label wastes paper and can obscure the barcode zone on some templates.

Why Flipkart bundles the invoice with the label

GST-registered sellers are required to include an invoice with each shipment, and Flipkart's simplest way to guarantee that happens is to generate both on the same page, in the same PDF, every time. It's reliable for compliance — it's just not shaped for a label printer.

Two different problems, two different fixes

It helps to separate what you actually need to do:

The Flipkart label cropper on this site handles the second case: it detects the label region on each page and exports a clean, invoice-free label file sized for either a thermal roll or an A4 sheet with multiple labels per page, all processed locally in your browser.

Watch for variable invoice length

The invoice section on a Flipkart label page isn't a fixed height — an order with five line items has a taller invoice table than a single-item order, which shifts where the label actually ends on that specific page. A crop tool that uses one fixed boundary for an entire batch will sometimes cut a tall label short and sometimes leave a sliver of invoice text on a short one. Look for per-page detection rather than a single manual crop applied to the whole file, especially if you're processing a mixed batch of orders.

Tip: if you print dozens of Flipkart orders a day, check the label first on a page with the most product line items in that batch — if the crop looks right there, it will look right everywhere else in the file.

Printing after separating

Once you have a clean label PDF, set your print dialog to Actual size for thermal rolls rather than "Fit to page" — scaling can shrink barcodes just enough that scanners at the courier's hub start rejecting them. If you're printing several orders' labels together, our guide on merging multiple label PDFs into one file covers how to batch them into a single print job.
