How to Combine Multiple Order Label PDFs Into One File Before Printing

If you're not using bulk download from your seller panel — or you're combining labels from more than one marketplace into a single print run — you can end up with a folder full of separate single-order PDFs. Opening and printing each one individually is slow and easy to mess up (skip one, print one twice, lose track of which is next). Merging them into a single file first fixes all of that in one step.

Why merging beats printing one by one

A single merged PDF gives you one print job, one page-range to double-check, and one file to archive for the day's shipments. It also lets you reorder pages before printing — useful if you want labels grouped by courier pickup, by product, or by shipping priority rather than by download order.

How to merge label PDFs in the browser

The Merge PDF tool on this site combines PDFs and even images (JPG/PNG label screenshots, if a courier ever sends you one that way) into a single document, entirely on your device:

  1. Open the Merge PDF tool and add all the label files you want to combine — drag and drop or select multiple files at once.
  2. Drag the thumbnails to reorder pages if you want a specific print sequence.
  3. Remove any duplicate or unwanted pages directly from the thumbnail view.
  4. Download the merged file and print it as a single job.

Crop first, then merge — or merge first, then crop?

If your individual label files still have invoices attached or need resizing, it's usually faster to crop each marketplace's labels first (see our Meesho and Flipkart guides) so that every page in the merged file is already the same clean size before you combine them. Merging first and cropping afterward works too, but it's harder to spot a bad crop on one page buried in a 40-page merged file.

Practical tip: if you print in batches at set times during the day (e.g. before each courier pickup), merge only that batch rather than the whole day's orders — smaller merged files are easier to double-check before printing and easier to reprint if one label jams.

What about mixing marketplaces in one print run?

There's no restriction on merging labels from Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon and other marketplaces into the same file — the tool works with any PDF, regardless of source. This is useful for sellers who ship across multiple platforms and want a single stack of labels ready for one courier handover rather than juggling separate print jobs per marketplace.
