How to Crop Meesho Shipping Labels From a PDF (Free, No Signup)

If you sell on Meesho, you already know the problem: you download your bulk order PDF from Seller Panel, and every single page comes as one long sheet — the shipping label at the top, then the tax invoice and product details stacked right below it. Print that as-is on a thermal printer and you either waste rolls of label paper on invoice text, or you cut labels by hand with scissors.

Here's a faster way to get just the label — cropped cleanly, page by page — without installing anything.

Why Meesho's PDF isn't print-ready by default

Meesho generates one combined PDF for however many orders you select, and each page is a full A4-sized document containing the shipping label block, the invoice, and (depending on the order) a return label too. This is convenient for record-keeping, but it means the file isn't shaped for a 4×6 thermal label printer, and it isn't shaped for printing multiple labels per A4 sheet either. Somewhere, a crop has to happen.

Option 1: crop it yourself in the browser

The Meesho label cropper on this site reads your downloaded PDF entirely on your device — nothing is uploaded to a server — and detects where the label ends and the invoice begins on every page automatically. In practice:

  1. Download your orders PDF from Meesho Seller Panel as usual.
  2. Open the Meesho cropper and drop the file in.
  3. Choose Thermal printer if you print on a 4×6 roll, or A4 sheet if you want several labels arranged on one page.
  4. Review the auto-detected crop box on a couple of pages — it adjusts if a product table pushes the invoice section down.
  5. Download the cropped PDF and print it directly.

Why the crop position can vary page to page: when an order has multiple products, the invoice's item table gets taller, which pushes the label boundary further down that page. A cropper that treats every page identically will either cut off part of a longer label or leave invoice text attached to a shorter one — which is why per-page detection matters more than a single fixed crop box for the whole file.

Option 2: mark the crop box manually

If a particular batch of labels has an unusual layout — a bulk return label, or a promotional insert — you can still fine-tune the box by hand instead of relying on auto-detection, then apply that same box across the rest of the file.

What to do after cropping

Once you have clean labels, the biggest time-save for sellers processing dozens of orders a day is combining everything into a single print job instead of opening one PDF per order. If your labels come from several small downloads rather than one bulk export, see our guide on combining multiple order label PDFs into one file before you print.

A note on printer settings

Even a perfectly cropped label PDF can come out wrong if your printer's page size or scaling is off. Set the print dialog to Actual size (not "Fit to page") when printing on a thermal roll, and confirm the paper size selected matches your roll (commonly 4×6 in / 10×15 cm). If labels are still coming out blank or oversized after cropping correctly, check our thermal printer troubleshooting guide.
