This policy explains what happens to your files and what data is collected when you use MyPDFCrop (mypdfcrop.com).
Your PDF and Excel files
Every tool on this site — the label croppers, invoice removers, A4/4×6 makers, label merger, PDF editor and Excel-to-PDF converter — runs entirely in your browser using JavaScript. When you drop a file in or choose one to upload, it is read and processed on your own device. Your files are never transmitted to, or stored on, a server — this site doesn't have a backend that could receive them. Closing the tab or refreshing the page discards everything; nothing persists anywhere beyond your own browser session.
Information collected automatically
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it (which pages are viewed, how long, and general device/browser/approximate-location information inferred from your IP address). This is aggregate usage data, not anything tied to the files you process. You can read more about what Google Analytics collects in Google's Privacy Policy.
Advertising — Google AdSense
This site displays ads served by Google AdSense. Google and its advertising partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet. Cookies
Cookies on this site come from Google Analytics and Google AdSense, used for the purposes described above. There is no account or login system, so no login cookies exist. You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser's settings; the tools on this site will continue to work without them.

Pages on this site link out to marketplace seller panels (such as Meesho, Flipkart and Amazon Seller Central) and to other informational resources. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which this policy does not cover.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and it does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Data retention
Because files are never uploaded, there is no server-side retention of anything you process here. Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained according to Google's standard retention settings for GA4 properties.
