About MyPDFCrop
MyPDFCrop is a small set of free, browser-based tools built for people who sell on Meesho, Flipkart, Amazon and similar marketplaces and spend part of every day fighting with shipping-label PDFs — cropping the label away from the tax invoice, resizing pages for a thermal printer, merging a dozen single-order downloads into one print job, or converting an order sheet from Excel to PDF without losing columns off the edge of the page.
Why this site exists
Most marketplace seller panels export shipping documents as one combined PDF per order: the label, the tax invoice, and sometimes a packing slip, all on the same page. That's fine for record-keeping, but it's the wrong shape to print — a thermal roll printer doesn't want an A4-sized invoice glued under a label, and a sheet of six labels printed on office A4 paper needs those pages cropped and laid out first. Doing this by hand with scissors, or by fighting a general-purpose PDF editor, wastes time on every single batch of orders. MyPDFCrop automates the part that's actually repetitive — finding the label on each page and cropping, resizing, or merging it — so the few seconds you spend per order disappear.
How it works
Every tool on this site runs entirely in your browser. When you drop a PDF into the cropper, merger or editor, it's read and processed by JavaScript on your own device — nothing is uploaded to a server, because this site doesn't have one to upload to. That's not a privacy feature bolted on afterward; it's simply how the tools are built, and it also means they keep working even on a slow connection, since there's no upload or processing queue to wait on. More detail on exactly what is and isn't collected is in the Privacy Policy.
Free, no account, supported by ads
There's no sign-up, no paywall, and no limit on how many files you process. The site is supported by ads served through Google AdSense, which is what keeps the tools free to use. If you'd like to suggest a marketplace or a feature that's missing, see the Contact page.
